    The Hartford School District requests proposals for the operation and management of the School Food Service program for the District. Proposals are due in the Office of the District by 2:00PM on June 16,2021, 73 Highland Ave, White River Jet., VT 05001. Proposals will be accepted from food service management companies "FSMC". The proposal will be for a period of one year with the option for four additional one-year renewals.

    The Hartford School District is seeking a licensed and insured provider to manage and run an extended hours program at the Dothan Brook School (DBS) and Ottauquechee School (OQS) starting at the beginning of the 2019/2020 school year. This program offers enrolled families of students in grades kindergarten to 5 (five) access to after school programming and care when school is not in session. The ideal applicant will also include a plan for summer programming. Over the summer, the provider may consolidate programming to one location. It is crucial that the program is dedicated to the use of trauma sensitive practices, is trained to support students with special needs, and has a behavior management philosophy that is aligned with the DBS and OQS Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports system.

    The Hartford School District is seeking a licensed early childhood center to manage and run an inclusion-based extended hours pre-school aged (3 to 4 year-olds) program at the Dothan Brook School (DBS) starting at the beginning of the 2019/2020 school year. This program will work in partnership with the school’s pre-kindergarten class and offer enrolled families access to childcare before and/or after pre-kindergarten. It is crucial that the program is dedicated to the use of trauma sensitive practices, is trained to support students with special needs, and has a behavior management philosophy that is aligned with Dothan Brook’s Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports system.
